QUESTION:  How long does it take to receive Volley for the Cure Gear orders?

QUESTION:  I received my Volley for the Cure Gear order, but I have an issue.  What do I do?


Please follow these steps so we can resolve your issue:

  1. Email us at helpdesk@tmgideas.zendesk.com
  2. Provide your order #.
  3. Provide a description of your issue. 
  4. Provide your name, email address, phone number and event date.


QUESTION:  I need a company W-9 so my school can issue a PO to purchase Volley Gear.

QUESTION:  How much is shipping for Volley Gear?


Please add the items you would like to order into the shopping cart on the Volley Gear website. 

It will provide your shipping estimate. 

Volley for the Cure orders receive discounted rates from UPS, which are reflected in the shipping estimate.    


QUESTION:  Are donations made for purchases made on the Volley Gear website? 


Absolutely!  Proceeds from every purchase are made to Susan G. Komen. 

Since 2006, over 2 million dollars have been raised through Volley for the Cure!   


QUESTION:  I placed an order on the Volley Gear website, but need to add to my order.  Can I do this?


I’m sorry, but we are not able to add to orders already in process. 

We produce orders so quickly that we do not have the ability to make changes once in process.  If you need to order more gear you will need to place a new order. 


QUESTION:  Can I place a rush order for Volley Gear?  Am I able to get my order faster than the normal schedule? 


We will do our best to help accommodate a rush order.  Follow these steps:

  1. Process your order on the Volley Gear website.
  2. Immediately email helpdesk@tmgideas.zendesk.com the following information:
    1. Order #.
    2. Event date.
    3. Name, phone number and email address. 


QUESTION:  I am not sure what size shirts to order.  How does sizing on Volley Gear run? 


All items on the Volley Gear website are unisex items. 

Size charts showing measurements of each item are provided on the Volley Gear website. 


QUESTION:  What is the status of my Volley Gear order? 


All orders follow the same processing/delivery time.

We encourage you to take about 15 minutes to read through all sections of the website. 

There are many useful tools, ideas and information to help you organize and plan your event. 


QUESTION:  I have registered for my event, but have not heard from my local Susan G. Komen representative or received my packet of information. 


Expect to hear from your local Susan G. Komen contact within a week after you submit your registration. 

If this time has passed we encourage you to reach out to your contact.
